It's been said, but remains the case that I have not yet seen one article that begins with 'What Will Happen if Manchester City are Innocent?'

Just wondered, if the seemingly long delay in a verdict ,is for them to assess the impact of the result on our 115 made up charges.
I know everyone says they are entirely separate, but to me PL suits or FA suits, two cheeks ect. of the get City campaign.
No doubt this has been mentioned , discussed and debunked on here, many times ,but my thought processes are not the speediest nowadays .

Nothing to do with the FA. it’s 2 separate issues

1. City v PL (ie rags dippers gunners)

2. PL (ie rags dippers gunners) v City

They wouldn't want to announce it if we got a positive result till after the transfer window shuts because it would stop Newcastle spending a bit more

The smear campaign is designed to do exactly that and to a certain extent it’s worked, when Haaland bags a hat trick or KDB plays a sublime pass you can’t help wonder if it’s all going to count for nothing if we get stitched up by this independent panel. We saw off UEFA and now we just have to patient and enjoy watching the best football team the world has ever seen.

But the positive thing is that all this hate has galvanised Pep and the team. Pep thrives on being the outsider. I believe we would have won less without this motivation.

definitely thought the negativity helped us win the treble. so in that respect it was a massive own goal by the cartel.

You may be correct, what we have here is in essence a grievance and a disciplinary, while the two are nothing to do with each other, the processes are similar, so for example if the PL dismiss the `Tyranny of the majority`and City pursue it, it would affect the way the PL independent panel look at all the evidence supplied by the PL.
like wise the PL charged City with 22 charges, this also has an effect, it sets precedence in, the PL did not inform/investigate City at the time, it allowed financial gain to go past end of business, it also had fines being multiplied on the same charge. So the PL panel is like the UEFA case in that it does not need evidence/proof to find City guilty, and City have put pressure on the PL Panel to only look at evidence/proof just like they did with CAS.
