I understand if you guys are having issues, but not making your customers aware of it isn't a Spectrum policy. Don't go the AT&T route. Your customer service is one of the best so far and service too.

Thanks @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum for having such crap internet that my charity fundraising event had to be canceled tonight! 0.3mbps upload when I pay nearly $100/month just for the internet. I can't wait to swap to @ATT fiber and never touch your company again.

Hey @GetSpectrum, why don’t you send out a message to your customers before just performing “planned” maintenance. Or how about you do that later in the night. Some folks just get home and want to wind down before going to bed. Screw your cable service, we use internet.
